Booking Fee & Payments
This constitutes an order for wedding photography,
as agreed. A deposit of £250, payable to Sarah Backhouse, is due at the
signing of this contract with the remaining balance due 14 days before the
wedding.
Cancellation
On receipt of the deposit, Sarah Backhouse Photography will
reserve the date agreed upon and will not make other reservations for that
date. For this reason the deposit is non-refundable.
Copyright
It is understood that the copyright and negatives remain the
property of the photographer, Sarah Backhouse. Reproduction of the images without
prior agreement is not permitted.
Liability
Great care will be taken with the photographs taken at the wedding.
However, Sarah Backhouse Photography limits liability for any accidental loss,
damage or failure to deliver pictures to the return of all the money paid by
the client. Sarah Backhouse Photography has full Public Liability and Professional
Indemnity Insurance.
Colour Matching
Photographic representation of dyes used in certain fabrics
cannot always be guaranteed. Sarah Backhouse Photography will endeavour to
achieve close colour matching and will ensure that the professional printer
uses their skills to produce pleasing prints.
Travel & Meals
Travelling within a radius of 15 miles is included in
all packages. If Option Two or Option Three is selected it is understood that
the reception venue will provide a meal for the photographer.
Coverage
Sarah Backhouse Photography cannot be held responsible or provide
refunds for any lack of coverage caused by the bride, groom or wedding party
being delayed for any reason, or by the policy of the church or licensed wedding
venue.
